The Willamette River lies between the Coast Range and the Cascades Monutains.The cities of the Willamette Valley are Portland , Beaverton , Hillsboro, Miliwauke, Lake Oswego, Oregon City, Tigard, Newberg, Woodburn, Mcminnville, Salem, Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis, Eugene and Springfield.ortland has good transportation helped it to grow.Trasportation is a way to move goods and people from one place to another.The capital city in Oregon is Salem and that where they make laws and Oregon Mascot is the Duck and Portland is number 9# in technolgy

People plant wild grass to stop the sand to reach towns and cities.sand dunes lead to the beach.The Coast sand dunes are largest dunes in the USA.Thats were the tilamook cheese are made.There Diary farms with natural food and they fish there.
The third region is Eastern Oregon.The temperatures in the high desert is about - 35 to 107 degrees!!!!Not many people live there.In Eastern Oregon their many buffalo.Kids live mostly in farm.There wolves , owls , antelopes , jackrabbits and lizards. it gets 10 inch water each year.people over there love the clear air , silence , immense sky , views , rugged rocks and mountains.
